The Orion
The Orion forms, fills, and seals up to 90 bags per minute. Orion standard features include color touch screen operator panel and Spanish/English bilingual operator interface. Compared to other machines, the Orion has a small footprint, which conserves valuable floor space. Each Orion offers automatic edge guide film tracking, short travel, and angled incline film upwind, each of which contributes to precise film movement and trouble free operation. Toyo Jidoki TT-8D-N
The Toyo Jidoki TT-8D-N pre-made pouch fill and seal machine is designed for stand-up, flat bottom, and fifth-panel style bags. FLtecnics horizontal form fill seal pouch machine
A new option for 1.7 FLtecnics horizontal form fill seal pouch machines is the capability to form top or corner spout pouches from the same applicator. This new option delivers significant savings because one flexible machine can package many different items in various pouches: liquid or dry products packaged in zippered, top or corner spout, flat, stand up, and/or shaped pouches. These machines utilize one piece spouts with child choke-proof caps. The series is available in an ultra-clean configuration. Automatic format changeover and easy adjustment systems reduce the time required to switch from one style of pouch to another by up to 50 percent as compared to other form fill seal pouch machines. These walking beam machines are servo driven for high accuracy and low maintenance. The FLtecnics machines have a smaller footprint than comparable units to conserve valuable floor space.
