Apollo high speed, vertical form, fill, seal (VFFS) bagging machine
The Apollo servo-driven intermittent high speed bagger is the fastest, most versatile VFFS machine offered by Matrix. The Toyo Jidoki TT-8D-N pre-made pouch filler/sealer delivers flexibility in terms of pouch formats – flat, stand-up, retort, and press-to-close. This pre-made pouch filler and sealer, sold and supported exclusively in the United States by the ProMach Flexible Packaging Group, is designed for packaging frozen foods, seafood, snacks, rice and other grains, noodles, pet foods, and granular and powder products. Toyo Jidoki engineering delivers precision pouch sealing capabilities regardless of film type or gauge. INV Pack BY300
The INV Pack BY300 multilane stickpack machine, sold and supported exclusively in the United States by the ProMach Flexible Packaging Group, is ideal for low-to-medium production rates of quality stickpacks with minimal investment required. Output ranges from 150 stickpacks per minute for a three-lane operation to 350 per minute with seven lanes. The machine’s rugged ergonomic design allows easy cleaning and requires low maintenance.
