ProMach Expands EOL and Case Packing Capabilities with Acquisition of Edson Packaging Machinery

Cincinnati, OH - ProMach, Inc. announced today that it has acquired Edson Packaging Machinery, Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high performance case packing equipment, based in Hamilton, Ontario. Edson will join ProMach's End of Line Business Unit, which provides stand alone equipment and integrated packaging line solutions for many of the world's most recognized food, beverage, industrial products and consumer goods companies.

Edson, founded in 1962, provides specialty packaging equipment, parts and service for companies worldwide that require high performance case and tray packing solutions. Edson is an industry leader in packaging solutions for the paper converting and carton industry.
