Cincinnati, OH - ProMach, Inc. announced today that its Wexxar Packaging division has acquired IPAK Machinery Ltd., a leading designer and manufacturer of corrugated tray forming solutions based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

"We are pleased to add the IPAK tray forming product line to Wexxar's existing case erecting and case sealing solutions and to the ProMach End-of-Line family of packaging products," said Mark Anderson, ProMach CEO. "We continually strive to improve our packaging solutions by upgrading our product line through development and acquisition and IPAK tray formers are proven, high quality solutions that match extremely well with Wexxar's exceptional RSC solutions. We will continue to invest in and develop the IPAK product line and, where appropriate, IPAK tray formers will be combined with other ProMach packaging equipment to form a complete integrated line.
