ProMach Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update to Customers, Suppliers, and Business Partners

To ProMach’s Customers, Suppliers, and Business Partners:

We are facing an unprecedented time as the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread around the world. ProMach’s primary concern is the safety and protection of our community – our customers, our partners, and our employees and their families – across the globe. To address this rapidly evolving situation, we have established our own COVID-19 Response Team that is continuously monitoring the latest updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as the recommended guidelines of the governments where we operate. This Response Team is focused on the many issues presented by the outbreak including health and safety, travel, and operational issues.

We understand the importance of consumer packaged goods in times like these and remain committed to helping our customers keep their packaging lines operating as efficiently as possible while focusing on the safety and protection of everyone.

Presently, all ProMach facilities are open for business and are operational. We have limited all non-essential travel, but we are still visiting our customers when they need our support or service. Our globally distributed sales and service teams remain active and available for both remote and on-site visits to customer facilities. We are also using technology to help our technicians provide remote service directly to your organizations.

We have encouraged our employees to practice safe social distancing, explore remote working arrangements when possible and appropriate, and to limit non-business essential visitors to ProMach facilities.

We appreciate your support and trust in us as we all navigate this uncharted territory. We hope for a return to normal operations for both ProMach and all our global partners as soon as possible. Our thoughts go out to those who have been personally impacted by the COVID-19 virus.
