As communities and businesses around the world continue to reopen, ProMach’s message to our entire customer base remains unchanged: We are here to help you keep your products moving into essential supply chains. We will support you by providing the parts and service you need to keep your existing packaging systems running as efficiently as possible as well as by installing new packaging systems to support your continued growth.
The safety and protection of our customers, our partners, and our employees across the globe remains our top concern. Presently, all ProMach facilities are open for business and fully operational. Our globally distributed sales and service teams remain active and available for both remote and on-site visits to customer facilities. For our technicians that do travel, we have established our own COVID-19 Field Service Safety Checklist & Procedures that bring additional safety measures to our team to keep everyone as safe as possible.
ProMach established our COVID-19 Response Team in March 2020 and continues to monitor the latest updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as the recommended guidelines of the governments where we operate. Our Response Team meets every business day and remains focused on the many issues presented by the outbreak that impact our customers and employees including health and safety, travel, and operational issues. To date, these efforts have resulted in very few COVID-19 cases across the ProMach organization, and we are working diligently to keep this trend going as the pandemic continues.
Unfortunately, COVID-19 continues to be prevalent, especially in the United States and certain other countries. While we certainly hope that the virus abates, we are planning as if it will be present for the foreseeable future and will continue to focus on the safety and protection of our entire community. We remain diligent in our safe operating practices both in our plants and with our employees that travel to tend to customer needs.
